Good Morning. Too soon to drive the MG? Vitamins Roll Call!
Probably, but I am looking forward to getting back to my regularly scheduled walks once I get back to work. Too soon for leaning push-ups too, I guess...[sigh].
Finished the antibiotics I was taking so now I'm starting back on the Greek yogurt and probiotics to repopulate the good bugs in my gut.
*****Vitamin Roll Call******
Are you taking your vitamins and getting your protein in? Sound off!!
Have a great Thursday, everyone!

I'm taking the day off working out today, even though I took the day off on Tuesday. I am so sore. I think I have been pushing myself a little too hard lately. Plus, I have started watching trends in my gains/losses/exercise, and days when my calories are low and exercise is high, I don't lose, or even gain a partial pound. When my calories are higher, I lose. Odd, but I guess my body won't let go unless I fuel it.
I hope you're feeling better by the minute!
my vitamins are in, im drinking my protein drink now, and today is my off day from the gym but ill be doing wii fit wahooooo !!!! have a terrific today ...
see ya lighter,
Toni
Vitamins - yes. Been very good with them, except my iron. I've failed miserably with that. Got my labs drawn today, so the evidence will be on paper next week...
Protein - none yet today, since I skipped my morning protein coffee before labs. I do have a triple protein drink here with me at work I'll get down before I leave.
Too early to drive the MG? I wouldn't think so - is it a stick shift?
Today is my last day - I have a 4 day weekend! YAHOO!! Weather will be great! I'm hoping to get out on the motorcycle this weekend and enjoy the 70's!

Normally I do not read the meals and miles because I know I will feel guilty that I am not complying. But today I read your post because I didn't think it was on that topic....... and IT WAS!!!
BUT I AM SO GLAD!!! Because after reading everyone's reports, I've been motivated to get my butt in gear. So off I go to make a good nutritious breakfast and I just took my vitamins! CHECK! (Also it helped to read that someone else has the problem of not losing weight if they lower their calories too much.) So reading this and Roz's post each day was/will be very very helpful.
Accountability and peer pressure can be really good things. Thanks for posting. AND ROZ....I WILL BE READING YOUR POST EVERY SINGLE DAY WITHOUT FAIL FROM NOW ON. THANK YOU FOR KEEPING OUR HEADS IN THE GAME AND OUR EYES ON THE PRIZE!!!
