Fitness Challenge - October 6
Shelby and I ran again. I didn't sleep so well last night, so I didn't quite feel rested when I went for the run. That made a huge difference - what usually is much easier for me felt suddenly harder. Not sure what that was about, but I'm attributing it to tiredness.

My specific plan is to start out on the elliptical. If there's one thing I know I can do is to crank out an ass kicking cardio in 30 min on the elliptical. So, that is where I'll start and pop in some great music and have fun!! BUT...starting Friday...lol
My work schedule this week is chaotic and I'm off on Fridays so, that's when I'll start that...
