Protein Shake- Choc soy milk/egg whites

25 min on treadmill

Meal 1-Turkey and chewable vitamin

Calcium chew

Meal 2- Refried beans/ almond cheese and chewable vitamin

Calcium chew

Meal 3-Bison Chili and chewable vitamin

Protein Shake- choc soy milk with powdered egg whites

And hopefully 64 ounces of fluid in between!!!

Wed:  couldn't eat till my fasting blood draw was done.. then I ate, but funny thing was- I had such a bad headache by then, I didn't feel like eating- so took it slow.  better by lunch. Still not a "good menu choice day " so far- but boy was that hotdog good!

Plan:
B:  eggs with sprinkel of shredded cheese,  cottage cheese with pineapple slices  (20g)
L:   1 hotdog with just mustard and some relish,   small bag of cheetos -- (  ? g) (team event)
S:  LF peanut butter on 6 crackers  (14g)
D:  egg bake with cheese,  sliced fruit., greek yogurt  (25g)
S:  protein shake (30g)


protein-  89 plus that hotdog- and I have no idea how much protein was in that!
vitamins- on track
water - on track

 Food  is going amazingly well thanks to OA meetings and steps ....go OA !

b- protein  tea  one scoop vanilla ( blecch)  ( but bought  2  big jugs banana after  searching EVERY and i mean EVERY  store in NY  area)  

morning ***** sandwich ( what i call smoked salmon /fatfree cream cheese and scallions on a toasted  bialy ) 

avocado - shrimp salad on arugula no dressing -  a few bites ofroast beef  with horesradish  sauce 

siggis icelandic  strainedfat  free yogurt  passionfruit flavor  sugar free

homegrown  brandywine tomato sliced
vegan soutwest   "chicken " bake  2.5  g rams fat   slicedraw snowpeas 

homegrown freshpicked  raspberries 

2 glasses red wine
