Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  Working from home this afternoon because I'm having a new couch delivered.  At work this morning, then tomorrow going to get my labs drawn and have a Dr's appt.  Then back to work here!

I didn't pack any food today since I'm going home at noon. 

B - 2 protein coffees
S - another coffee
L - maybe leftover chicken and half a PB&J sandwich on wheat bread
S - greek yogurt cheesecake concoction
D - roast in the crock pot - Gina inspired me!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I hope you like your new Couch.  It's great that you get to work at home sometimes. 

Do you miss your baby already?  When will you get to see her again?

I got my SF syrups today.  I tasted the Pepperment Patty...Wow it is good.  If it works in my Chocolate Protein that will be so awesome.  I loved the Choc. Mint Syntha 6 but it had so many calories and carbs, plus it was so expensive. It will probably take me a few tries to figure out how many squirts I need.

We love roast in crock pot.

Good Morning Roz and Lightweights! The last weekend pound was gone today, so I woke up in a great mood. It might have been due to the fact that I fell asleep at 7:30 and slept all night too. Here's today's menu:

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee

S: 1C sugar snap peas
L: 1 serving turkey lunchmeat, babybel light, 1 C cucumber
S: Carbmaster yogurt, 1C cauliflower
S: 1 orange
D: Salmon
S: 1apple, 1C sugar snap peas

Cal: 879, Fat: 21, Carb: 67, Prot: 110
Vitamins: Done, Water: 64oz so far
Exercise: 45 minutes treadmill (running hard), 200crunches, 30push-ups, plank

Bland, Soft foods for me for a couple of days.  Doctor ordered Carafate(?) to hopefully settle whatever is upset down.  Medicine won't be in until tomorrow.

Even for soft and bland your menu sounds good.  I got my NSA pie filling today.  I went to buy some Greek yogart.
