Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I got my SF syrups today. I tasted the Pepperment Patty...Wow it is good. If it works in my Chocolate Protein that will be so awesome. I loved the Choc. Mint Syntha 6 but it had so many calories and carbs, plus it was so expensive. It will probably take me a few tries to figure out how many squirts I need.
We love roast in crock pot.

Bland, Soft foods for me for a couple of days. Doctor ordered Carafate(?) to hopefully settle whatever is upset down. Medicine won't be in until tomorrow.
