I'm here and alive...barely lol. Life has been insane. Finally Monday night I had it out with DH and DDs because school is in full swing, I'm getting all my stuff together for nursing school application deadlines in February, and still doing everything around the house. They were much better helping yesterday, so lets hope they keep it up. I ate so crappy all weekend, was up 4 pounds Monday, but 3 of them are gone today (I suspect mostly water retention). Back on track as of yesterday, and today is going good. 30 minutes until I have to finish my biology lab, so I figured I better get on and check in.

B: 1 scoop GNC and coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC and coffee
L: scallops, 1 wasa cracker, 1oz skim mozzarella
S: carbmaster yogurt, snap peas
D: 2oz pork chop, 2tbs bbq sauce
S: 1C asparagus, 1 orange

Cal: 860, Fat: 17, Carb: 63, Prot: 113
Vitamins: Done, Water, 64oz so far
Exercise: walked 45 minutes, been going so hard the past few days and needed to rest

I'm glad everything is better at work.  Hope your Mom has a Happy Birthday this week!!

S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Small Wendy's Chili, 1 pack saltines
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup nsa apple pie filling, 4 tbls lite cool whip
S:  Rest of Dinner
I'm waiting to see if the chili bothers me.  I've been having some pain around my belly button - not sharp pain just feels really sore like someone punched me there.  I am going to the bathroom ok.  I didn't have my snack last night because it was really bothering me.  Felt a little better this morning.

Woke up on the wrong side of life today--- poor family members who struggled to stay out of my way and found themselves still too close to my parameters... I hate it when I'm like that.
I did apologize before I left but stil felt bad about my behavior...  then in the car, on way to work, I realized -I was starving... prob why I lashed out so badly.  Stopped at McD's for egg mcmuffin and some coffee-- and in a few minutes-  I was feeling much better.... tomorrow, I think I'll eat something before the family wakes up...maybe I can be more like this..  

Today's plan:

B:  egg, mcmuffin  (18g)
S:  greek yogurt (25g)
L:  beef stew, hard boiled egg, grapes  (28g)
S:  cottage cheese with mandarin orange slices (13g)
D:  DH cooking something - will target (25-30g)
S:  Chocolate & pbutter & banana protein shake (30g)

Protein target: 130g if I can get it all in!

Glad things are better, Roz and wish your mom happy B-day.
I had a client for the first time since surgery today and it did wear me out.  But that was after Curves this morning also.
Thanks everyone for your help on the diet/travel issues

 one scoop  vanilla isopue in coffee ( im o of banana 4 days now cant  find it ANWHERE  going CRAZY  )  i  dont like the vanilla and DETEST   anything else  ;( 

leftover apple crumble  one plateful( mostly apples ) - high protein , very low sugar - madefrom weight control high protein kashi cerea  , sugarfree  outmeal , organicraisins , fat free milk , fatfree  promise margarine , graham flour  , splenda  , brown sugarsplenda  , vanilla.  egg .  Not so bad  in limited  quantity 

problem is  perdictably midafternoon i ate a small caibatta  with jam....

lunch -  zuccini  intmato sauce w fat free cheese 

snack  spinacj souffle  60 calories 

smoked turkey  slices organic 

redwine  one glass
