My company was 'merged' over the weekend, so we arrived to a new name,  strange feeling. Not unexpected, but a lot faster than what we had anticipated would roll out!

Today's plan:
B:  egg, cheese, canadian bacon on eng. muffin  (18g)
L:  Turkey, cheese and tomatoe sandwich (15g)
S:  some pretzles & lite espresso (I know- no value except crunch and caffein!)
D:  home-made beef stew (with veggies) and cottage cheese   (30g)
S:  chocolate protein drink (30g) 

Protein target  - 98g
vitamins on track
water --- way on track!!  (good girl today!)

S: 1/2 cup SF jello with apples, nuts, cranberries, cherries
L: gr beef with garbonzo beans, green pepper and tomatoes  18g
S: 1/2 cup SF pudding
D: tuna salad + 6 flatbread crackers        18g
S: 1/2 cup SF jello as above
