congrads to u as well isnt it greattttttt what a feeling 39.45 is excellent too what counts the most is that we finished . there is another one that is 0ct 23rd its for musculat dystropy children i want to do that one there is also one halloween mornin too but u have to dress up in costume lololol how funny would that be and then next week there is a 10 k woahhhhhhh im not ready for that yet there is a trail along the beach and then the woods they said its a difficult one for beginners i believe them lol good luck to u and ur dh im hoping to grab mine to do it with me on 23rd

Wow, Toni- First of all, Gurl, you do NOT look old enough to have a son who is 31 AT ALL.
Second of all..... you ran a 5k???!!!! GET OUT!!! Good for you! That's fantastic! You must feel so proud of yourself. :) Even if it was 'not easy', as you say... YOU DID IT! Bravo.
I also read somewhere today of your happy moment when a friend saw you for the first time since driving you to the hospital back when you had your surgery... and they said how great you look. That must have felt so good. I can't wait to have that happen to me. Yaaaaay. These moments must make it all worthwhile.

running the 5k was funnnn and difficult at the same time . but it did happen to u kathy when u came here on this forum i kept loking to see if that was u from when we 1st started to chat so i had to see if u were on my buddy list and there u were so i knew it was u u look beautiful and so much thinner

Peyton thank you so much walking a 5 k is excellent too i cant believe what u lsot already i rem when u jsut had the surgery its like ysterday ill tell ya i have arthur in both knees and i was surprised that they didnt bother me during the run i was worried about that after is a different story lol i was going to wrap them but i didnt i may on the next 5 k
