Sorry this is late.  We had planned on attending the late service at church this morning and about 7:00 I remembered it was October and I had to greet at the door during the first service.  Crazy busy morning.

I have to make 24 dozen cookies this afternoon for my nieces wedding that's this weekend.  Cookie dough is a weakness of mine.....

Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

The nephew that I made the 100 dozen for last fall didn't even make it a year.  He found out his wife was cheating even before the wedding.  He is such a sweet guy.  Remember I told you your son reminded me of him and that your son would eventually meet someone....well I hope he makes a better choice than my nephew did.

Hope you are feeling better today.  Since you are able to eat more I'm guessing you got your burps up.

Hmmm...maybe y'all need to rethink the cookie tradition. That's so wrong and sad about your nephew.

I'm feeling better, thanks.

 Hi Roz and Gina!

Glad to see that you're feeling a little better Gina.

Good luck with those cookies Roz.  Me, I'd be at the bakery buying them.

Yesterday morning I was up to 173.6, this morning 171.6.  I've never let go of two pounds in one day before.  Not even during the first month.  So throwing more protein at it today.

Yesterday I got into a bad tangle with movie popcorn.  Not going to the movies again anytime soon.  That was an awful Sleeve experience!

I couldn't stick to plan today.

Today:
B.  4 oz chicken thigh - 18
s.  Protein cocoa - 34 - never happened
L.  4 oz chicken breast - 22  - really had 4 oz shrimp wanted lighter in Sleeve
S. Trader Joe's Applewood Sausage, 1/4 cup Ricotta - 21 really had 2 cups watermelon, 1/4 cup nuts
D.  Protein pudding - 29

Calories - 836- 736
Protein -124 - 83
Carbs - 17 - 42

Exercise - hiked 90 minutes in the hill, walked 40 minutes to get a manicure
Fluids - working on it - done
Vitamins - 1st batch done -
done

I was debating just paying to have them done but I figured it would cost me about $80.00. I only made one kind today.  I didn't do to bad.  I washed my fingers alot and only ate 1 cookie after they cooled.

Awesome totals!!!!!

S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Tuna melt on 1/2 Lite English Muffin
S:  Greek Yogurt, 1/3 cup no sugar added apple pie filling, lite cool whip & sf/ff cheesecake pudding
Calories:  968, Carbs 56, Fat 29, Protein 129
