Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

That's it...Roz, also you asked if the fiber is helping and I think yes it is. Also, I am still taking the colace as I am very afraid of any set backs. maybe I can take myself off those eventually...I really do like the hot lemon water every night!

DGD's are both taking a nap right now so I'm trying to catch up on things.
Here's the eats so far today.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: 1/2 tomato basil tortillo wrap, 2 ozs crabmeat, 2 tsp green chiles, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese made into a wrap - this was pretty good. The tomato basil wrap has great stats and very very low carb.
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Hamburger patty with lite blue cheese laughing cow cheese inside on 1/2 tomato basil wrap with 1 tbls reduced sugar ketchup, 1 tbls lite mayo and mustard - Yummy
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
Totals: Calories 882, Carbs 31, Fat 21, Protein 142
Vitamins: Done
Fluids: 100 ozs
Miles: Chasing 2 DGD's in the yard for about 1 1/2 hours this morning!! I'm exhausted....

We pretty much just leave the toys alone until they either go home or go to bed then we just pick them up out of the floor. We never did that with ours - we thought everything had to be straight all the time - it is sooo different.
One of mine likes to bite the edge of the coffee table when she gets mad. She hasn't bitten anyone yet - but it is probably just a matter of time before she does. I bet that bite hurt on the face.
I'm almost ready for bed now and it is just 9:30!!
