I'm only posting this on the LIGHTWEIGHTS FORUM, because I feel closer to you all, and that I will get the NEEDED info.  I woke up this morning nauseated, vomitting, chills, and I have a fever of 102.7.  I feel horrible, and almost too weak to keep going to the restroom.  I dont know if it is ME being nervous because my surgery is in 4 days, or is it something else. I called my PCP, and her AFTERHOURS ON CALL NURSE told me to head directly to the E.R.  Me and the hubby is on our way now... hopefully it's NOTHING but NERVES.  I hope to be able to update yall later this evening...

Oh dear, doesn''t sound like nerves with the temp but hopefully it is something you can get through quickly.  I remember being so afraid I would get sick and have to delay my surgery.  What a bummer.

Whatever you do don't take steroids. I got sick with an allergy fit days before my surgery they ended up putting it off because I had steroids the days before. You need to go into it strong if you are not up to it put it off a few days it won't be the end of the world. Best of luck to you. It is important that you are at your best going into it.
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

I hope your fever is down, and you are feeling better!  I caught whatever funky virus is going around too.

Lotsa love,
Cyd
