Another Newbee
No, lol. My origional goal was 115, but when I was 120 I decided to try to get to 100. I have upped my calories and carbs quite a bit, and after I did that I lost a lot more. Most people rebound a little from their lowest weight, so I wanted to leave room for that. I'm only 5'0" (actually just a hair under), so I could be down to 95 pounds and still be in the healthy BMI range. It's 20.3 right now. I work out a lot, and under the loose skin I hope to get fixed some day, I am solid muscle.
Welcome!!!
