Menus and Miles Friday Oct. 1st

Hi there:
Not sure what it was but I was one uncomfortable person yesterday- everything I put into my mouth resulted in horrendous gas pain within a few minutes... I got so bloated and tight feeling at one point at work  I was worried my pouch would explode!    once I got home , had just a cup of chix noodle soup for dinner and laid down for a bit, it settled but man - an awful day.
Today- not as bad - so far!

Plan for today:
B:  egg, cheese, canadian bacon - (18g)
S:  small pear
L:  mini chicken breast sandwich with slice of avocado, 2 slices tomato.  (15g)
     1 hard boiled egg   (7g)
     some cottage cheese (10g)
S:  Atkins bar  (17g)  - chose this only because I'm hosting a cake celebration for an associate and I know I'm going to want something "sweet"  so thought this might be a good option.
hope it doesn't make me gassy too.
D:   DH  is cooking and mentioned fish...(??)
S:   Protein "hot chocolate"   (30g)

Protein target:   97g plus dinner...
forgot to take  my vitamins and I need to replenish my "emergency stock " at work I see.

I had a piece of an Atkins bar today and I got extremely gassy.

Had meetings this afternoon so it may be hard to get everything in but here is what is planned.  I did get to Curves this morning and it feels good to be working out, even if I can't do everything.
