Yay Friday! After today I have “10" days of vacation!!! WOOO HOOO!!!! Not really going anywhere exciting (daycare lady took time off) so I had to take time off! I will enjoy spending time with my little one and visiting Grandma, her Aunties and just hanging out with her!

I didn't put protein in my coffee on purpose today. Last week I totally forgot my vitamins AND protein when I went to my DD's for a few days, and my BM's were fine, and several a day. I came home, started back on my program and I've been awfully constipated all week. So - I'm thinking my protein is doing it. So - I wanted to do a little experiment today to see... I'll still have a protein drink - but not until later. I've been getting real gassy later in the afternoon too every day. My diet overall hasn't changed.
B - regular coffee (no protein on purpose) but found out I got hungry... my protein DOES fill me up!
S - Greek yogurt with SF butterscotch pudding (should have drank my triple protein drink)
L - McD's Angus/swiss/mushroom snack wrap (or maybe my protein drink - decisions decisions)....
S - McD's SF iced coffee
D - Hooters wings - not sure if there or at home
S - protein drink
Vits: yes
Water: hopefully will do good
Miles: none today

I'm off today. DGD#2 came last night and is staying through Sunday afternoon with us. She is napping right now. We have to go to Walmart later to buy groceries. I'm going to try and change things up a little too. I'm going to try and and fix smaller portions and different things instead of eating the same thing all week.
Here's what I've done so far - I don't really have a plan today.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: Baked Spaghetti made with Spaghetti Squash
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Greek Yogurt, 1/3 cup nsa apple pie filling, 4 tbls cool whip, 2 tsp. ff/sf cheesecake pudding mix. - Didn't eat supper until 9pm so this is supper and night time snack.
I also ate some peanuts today - not measured or counted in totals.
Looking through recipe books now to get inspiration!!
