My thermostat is broken.  We keep the temp in the house the same all the time and I go from burning up to freezing in no time.  Last night I could not get warm and my always freezing husband was fine. 10 minutes after getting out of the shower, I am soaking wet with a cold sweat.  When I fed the horses this morning, which isn't a lot of work, just moving around, it was 60 degrees, I was in my pjs and came in dripping sweat.  I'm guessing it is hormones but I am 61 had a total hyst. years ago and thought I was done with all this.

I didn't have this but I've read about it. Dang! I wish I could remember...maybe a dip in blood sugar. Shoot! I can't remember but you aren't alone, other folks have talked about this.

Price, I have the cold sweats when my blood sugar spikes.  If I haven't eaten for a while it might happen.  Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with it.  It is not as bad as it was before surgery.

Sorry to hear about the heating/cooling  problems. Hope you can pinpoint the problem and correct it.

For me though, I have been just cold. I used to be always warm, but now always cold. It's kinda funny, but the surgeon assured me it happens to some people.

Hang in there!

I heard it gets better by about 2 years out. I am two years out but I was always cold before so the fact that I'm always cold now doesn't mean that much.

There was a period where I'd get cold at the drop of a hat and have trouble warming up and that has gotten better over time, though.
