Good morning LW's!! 

I hope you all are having a great fitness week!  I know some are suffering heat waves while the others are suffering water log ~ that is a challenge when we are trying to stay fit.

You all are doing a great job and if someone hasn't told you...well, I just did.

What is your plan today?

Its raining cats & dogs here today.  Hubby & I are going to the gym this evening.  My plan for today is 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min of weights.  Keep movin' & groovin' LWs!  Cindy

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Ballet tonight!  So excited.  I've been practicing my grand plie's because they're the hardest to pull off.  However, a good one uses so much thigh and glute that it's worth it.  So I should show some improvement in class tonight.  ;)

Nothing tonight but I will be at Curves at 6:30 tomorrow morning for my workout.  Also will be doing a couple of laps around the bottom floor of the RBC Center tomorrow at noon before the 1:30 Carolina Hurricanes/Atlanta Thrashers Preseason game. 

Our 22nd anniversary is tomorrow and we are going out to celebrate so I must get my exercise in! 

Flying to Detroit on Saturday morning so I will be doing laps at RDU as I wait for my flight and doint laps at DTW on Sunday as I wait to fly back home!

I'll be back lurking once again late Sunday.

All I did today was walk from one end of the building to the other 2 or 3 times and I logged 4059 steps today.  Will start walking as soon as possible when I get home from the hospital tomorrow. It may take some time before I can do leaning push-ups.

Day 2 for Curves.  Today I made it around 2 laps, just the arm stuff.  Felt really good.
