Fitness Challenge - September 30
I hope you all are having a great fitness week! I know some are suffering heat waves while the others are suffering water log ~ that is a challenge when we are trying to stay fit.
You all are doing a great job and if someone hasn't told you...well, I just did.
What is your plan today?
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Our 22nd anniversary is tomorrow and we are going out to celebrate so I must get my exercise in!
Flying to Detroit on Saturday morning so I will be doing laps at RDU as I wait for my flight and doint laps at DTW on Sunday as I wait to fly back home!
I'll be back lurking once again late Sunday.
All I did today was walk from one end of the building to the other 2 or 3 times and I logged 4059 steps today. Will start walking as soon as possible when I get home from the hospital tomorrow. It may take some time before I can do leaning push-ups.
