I'm late posting today. DGD#2 is spending the rest of the weekend with us. I'm off tomorrow!!
Here's what I had today.
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: 3 ozs pork w/ bbq sauce, couple of bites of slaw & baked beans
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: 1 cup white chicken chili
I don't have the totals since I ate out at lunch today. Protein is atleast 100.
Vitamins: Done
Water: 120 ozs
