Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

one protein tea so far

one smoked salmon fatfree cream cheese scallion sandwich on thin sliced sourdough bread

homegrown baked squash nuggets with shake n bake

banana

glass red wine

water

having hard time with protein .... kind of disgusts me ?!

homemade fat free tabouleh with orange juice .homegrown heirloom tomatoes and fresh herbs

popcorn air popped

It takes awhile to find a Protein that you like.  That's what's so great about Vitalady selling samples.  I just bought a container of Peach and I can't stand it, boy do I wish I had bought a sample before spending all of that money.

Have to speak with the doc having some problems couldnt eat my egg this morning.

B- tried to eat egg, ended up just finishing my tea ( no protein)
S- had some greek yogurt with sf jelly
L-Probably refired beans with cheese and salsa
S- string cheese
D?? Dont know yet.

Fluids- still working on it
Vitamins- getting them now, I forgot
Miles- have to get the eliptical out and see how much I can do.

Are you keeping track of you totals on one of the sites?  It's a good idea to know what they are.  It will help you later on when you start eating more or get to maintenance.

It's very normal to not be able to eat sometimes.  I am almost 2 years out and I have still have days that my tummy is sensitive.  Eggs and I still don't agree on most days.

Good morning Roz and LW's

Today is my workweek friday!! Whoo hoo...so of course, woke up later and half assed packed some food...so, menu is subject to change :)

S - Protein Shake w/raspberries (32g/165 cal/1g fiber)
B - Oatfit Oatmeal (4g/145 cal/3g fiber) & 1/4 cup All Bran cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (13g/80 cal/ 0g fiber)
L - tuna w/all bran crackers  (25g/270 cal/5g fiber)
S - baby carrots (1g/35 cal/2g fiber) & 1/4 cup all bran cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
D - pulled bbq pork on top of shredded lettuce (21g/170 cal/0g fiber)

Protein: 98g
Calories: 925
Fiber: 25g

Vitamins: Done with morning...on track too
Water: 16oz down with 80oz to go.
Miles: walking the doggy later for 2 mile walk

Scale is being nicer @ 134...teetering as low as 132 up to 136...
So, I am trying to buckle down and track everything again. So easy to not do it and I am sure I am going over my calorie limits. eeeks. I am really looking at hitting 125 if I can and stay there. (fingers crossed)...
