I'm late today but here goes.

Meals:
egg
yogurt
chicken soup
chili
yogurt if I can get it in before bed

Protein
double decaf coffee protein 40
hot chocolate protein/milk     31

Went to Curves this morning then to the church lunch, didn't eat, took yogurt.
So far, everything I have tried my pouch has been happy with.  Only problem is trying to get everything in.
