I like a lot of her recipes. I think I had another recipe last year, but this is the one I used last weekend. It seemed to be a little watery, but I did not add the flour to it so that might be why. I love the taste.

determined to do accounting - take care of long overdue financial reparations today ...
STARVING - obviously emotional
before i knew it i was out in the garden stuffing myself on all the raspberries i could hold , half a banana , a small squash baked , a pot of popcorn , a few shake n baked chicken beast nuggets left over from last nite ...
made an oa meeting ....
couldnt find the keys to the apartment across the street where the records are GRRR
so am cleaning up the clothes situation instead trying one everything piece by piece .....

Thanks Roz - U know Th e OA meetings are REALLY helping with my willingness and patience and tolerance and general ABILITY to do that and also to stay abstinent food wise .... hmm
ok rest of day ...not FAMOUS food wise but i didnt eat enough protein ...
bran pillow sugary cereal ( about 2 cups - i would have cut it half and half with plain but there wasnt any so i dumped a litle ) in a cup anda half of plain yogurt
a cup of air popped popcorn
2 cups of melon
about 3 ounces veru lowfat ( one gram fat per ounce ) almond pepper jack cheese
one glass of red wine
