1. take cold water and mix your protein into a slurry then pour the HOT coffee over it.
2. Take coffee - no hotter than 130 degrees, and put your protein directly into the coffee
I used chocolate powder and change it up with SF syrups. I was on a peppermint paddy SF syrup kick for awhile, now I'm using SF raspberry for a change. Gina uses IDS vanilla cinnamon. I've also used just vanilla - it makes them taste (and consistency) of a latte.
Now - with the yogurt - I use Dannon Greek 0% yogurt. I'll put the yogurt into a bigger container and mix a couple of spoonfuls of the SF pudding in with it. I've used splenda before to help sweeten it up, but I find I don't really have to have it. You can use any flavor you like.
I like the SF cheesecake pudding with SF cherry pie filling - with a few sprinkles of crushed graham crackers - yum! Does taste just like a mini cheesecake and it makes a LOT. Will fill you up. I figured the SF cheesecake yogurt concoction is about 200 calories. If you skip the pie filling and cracker crumbs, it will keep it right around 100 calories.
