Post-op
1) Dreamfields (lasagna, spagetti & elbows)

My Post op list could be much longer, but I'll cap it at the top 3!!!  I can still eat #1 & #3 from my pre op list....#2-doesn't happen much.  I just have to be more picky about how I make them....so I don't consider them things I could live on now!

 I'll play too!

1,  Pizza
2.  Steak or ground beef
3.  Watermelon, really any fruit

I switched often from Atkins to Raw Vegan  :)

Post - op

1. Watermelon
2.  Chicken salad - currently a fav of mine long with Cottage Cheese
3.  Protein Pudding or lower carb Protein Bars

Hard to narrow down to three.  There's still a lot of foods I enjoy but I'd rather have a salad or fruit than meat these days but still honor protein, protein, protein

Well Cindy, I would say that pre-op it was pizza, burgers and chili.

I now can't stand chili which I had loved......I will eat a burger but without a bun.....I still love pizza......my faves now are yogurt, steak and blu cheese crumbles ...I never liked blu cheese before but love it now!!.....honorable mention to watermelon and sweet corn in season.......
