Fitness Challenge - September 29
Good Morning!
I completely took yesterday off and my scale is up 1/2 pound to prove it! I just can't stop moving and expect not to gain. My gym isn't A/C'd and I just couldn't bring myself to work out in 97 degrees last night. So I'm back on it today.
Walk to work - 45 minutes
Walk at lunch - 30 minutes
Walk home - 15 minutes
Walk with my WLS mini support group - 75 minutes
So a little over 2 hours of walking today. Only supposed to be 87 high so not as hot.
Have a fun day moving everyone!

I'm not sure whats on my plate for exercise today. I'm sore from the last 2 days of the treadmill and zumba....
So - its either a new Pilates class or a line dancing class.
Inspire/motivate others?? heck - I'm still trying to keep MYSELF motivated! LOL
Today will be my last exercise day until Sat though. Have a dinner out/concert tomorrow night then Fri I pick up the grandbaby for the weekend. My ex is going to come babysit for me Sat morning so I can go to the gym and do my zumba class.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Hi Diana,
Today Shelby and I ran again. I've noticed that we've been picking up speed - that's been one of my goals. Not necessarily adding much distance at this point, but covering more ground in less time. Then I'll add more distance.
My job is to inspire others. One day we'll talk about that.

It was trying to hit 70 degrees today and it was so nice even with the drizzle. 7,778 steps and 60 push-ups.
It's supposed to rain cats and dogs tomorrow and I have to do the prep for my surgery on Friday. Not sure what I'll get done tomorrow.

I made it back to Curves today. Had been released to do anything but the ab stuff though the staff felt I probably shouldn't do the leg stuff either since they are connected. Anyway, I made it around and it felt good to be back.
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance
