Thanks Lee. We'll lets see, this is what I've been doing.

1.) Stopped having a nightly glass of red wine, and have one or two a week, instead of giving it up all together.  Not keeping it in the house.

2.) Got my butt back into the gym walking 40 minutes to an hour on the treadmill.

3.) Stopped eating lunch at our cafeteria, except for one day a week. I do work at a culinary college after all and the food is great. It's a great opportunity to see students and my colleagues, is relaxing and fun, but not helpful on the weighloss front.

4.) Added a protein coffee to my daily morning routine where I get 28 grams of protein and that is really helping.

5.)Making sure I'm drinking water all day long.

6.) Paying very close attention to portion size and dropped my calorie intake by about 200 calories daily.

7.) Decided to mentally chill out, stop being so hard on myself about my three month stall. My team told me this happens and to just keep doing what I needed to do and the weight loss would happen.

8.) And, the number one most important thing I did for myself was to get the scale out of my house and stop weighing myself daily. For me this was too much of a stress, while I know for others they want that daily feedback. For me, it was not helpful and just contributed to my stress levels which makes it harder to lose weight.

Thanks for the encouragement Lee. I am feeling fantastic!

Andrea,

What a great list.  You took an honest look at what worked and didn't work and were willing to make changes.  Like we've always said, being open to change goes a long way on this journey.

May I ask what your daily calories look like at this point?  We're so close in dates which always makes me curious about what you're doing, as well as others.

Congrats on that big willingness!
