It is a brand of protein powder. I haven't had it yet but it seems like a lot of ppl like it.
Edited to say, I love my protein coffee too and I am not a coffee drinker. I don't really taste the coffee. Had to try it because the protein shakes made me want to...hurl! =)

Love my Click Frappes and I just made protein balls (truffles) from a recipe on Eggfaces' website...made with Click too!

Hi Shammy-
today I'm the posting fool! I see that there are lots of ways to make protein coffee!  What recipe did you try that you liked so much???  I have to get my protein up, so I might as well see what all this coffee bliss is about!

Here is what I do...

4 oz milk or half n' half
Splash of SF vanilla creamer
1 scoop chocolate protein

Put all of the above in shaker.  Shake well.

Add mix to approx. 14 oz of decaf coffee.

I found that the shaker with the ball worked best to break up the protein.  Coffee freshly brewed in the carafe was not too hot and was under the 130 degree guidelines for the protein.
