Ok, yes...I'm posting again in like 5 minutes.  I'm a posting fool today!


I just wanted to say that I *finally* made protein coffee and I freakin' loved it!  Ohhhhh YUM!!  Thank you ladies for always posting about it because its just another great way to surpass my 60g goal!

Welcome to the world of yuminess!

I have it every morning and can't ever see stopping. It's become habit and routine. I get my scoop and a half in my home made starbucks every morning....Isopure Dutch Chocolate. Just like a Mocha! Sometimes I buy the Starbucks cinnoman too!

Ok so tell me, How do you make protein coffee, remember I am not doing protein shakes because the doc said no, but I need my protein so I am willing to try it anyway.

Good for you! What does he think you're going to do this early out? Eat a Thanksgiving meal? Have some shakes and keep your health.

I love my protein coffe!

I start with a big splash of skim milk and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, stir that up really really good until all the clumps are gone.  Then I add 1 scoop of Click, stir again like crazy.  I add 1 heaping teaspoon of instant coffee and then stir in ho****er and - yes, again -  stir like crazy.  It tastes soooo good and I start off my day with about 45 grams of protein.  If I'm feeling frisky, I will add a dollop of whipped cream.
