 Hi Jan,  Good to meet you.  I am new here and having RNY in two weeks.  Start my pre-op diet tomorrow. Everyone here is just awesome!  I had been lurking until i found out i was approved and now everything is moving at lightning speed!
Everyone here has so much to offer and this will be my support throughout my journey as i live too far away from a "live" support group.
Welcome! Hope your are here often.  

Me too...very rural and 3 hours from a support mtg but I do go now and again. Yes, gizmo, it took me 6 mths to jump through the insurance hoops and then when I finally did get approval it was just a minute before I was post op and at the house wondering what in the world I had done! =)

I am only two months out and still learning but if I can help you in anyway just hollar at me. If I can't help you I can find somebody who can!

 Way cool!  I have learned so much from everyone here no matter where they are at in their journey.  I am sure i will be seeking advice/support soon enough.  Maybe even before i get through the pre-op diet! lol
