Good Morning. May the force be with you

Just wanted to wish everyone a day where everything goes right and where you find the things that work best for you in this crazy, ever changing world of post-op life. Things that finally worked at 1 year post-op might not be the same things that work 3 years post-op...be flexible, babeees!

For all the pre-ops, hang tough, keep jumping through the hoops. Know that making things easy may not be the best for you and working hard for something makes you appreciate it more.

For new post-ops, yeah, it sucks! If things just aren't right, talk to your surgeon. If things are tough, come here for suggestions and support.

Y'all have a great Wednesday!

I think there is an old Chinese saying, the only thing constant is change.  That pretty much describes this journey.

Thanks for the post Gina!

I am hanging tough and with the support of the awesome people on this board, I am doing great with exercising regularly. I finally found something I love to do and it is making it easier to turn into a habit.

Surgery should be right around the corner for me but I am so glad I had these last 9 months to prepare!

Thanks Gina for the support....I have jumped thru the hoops and am waiting so patiently....even if it's killing me....I had almost resorted to my old ways and give up...you're an inspiration! Sherry
