2 months today!
Good morning LW's,
Just was thinking that today is my 2 month anniversary and I have lost 33 pounds!
It hasnt really sunk in yet. My head cant seem to keep up with my body.
Just wanted to thank everyone again, it was so hard in the beginning trying to get everything right, and some days are still better than others. Now there are some protein products I can tolerate, finally got my vits and my prescription meds down pat and feeling pretty good except for some hormonal issues.
I feel so good being able to exercise and love going to yoga and pilates classes. I cant believe the difference at work, at the end of 12 or 13 hour shifts, my knees, feet and back are not killing me. Not to mention the drop in blood sugar and blood pressure. I guess I am feeling grateful and for you guys too, that have held my hand during this journey so far!
Thanks for listening!
~Maria

Congrat, you are doing great. I hope in another few weeks I can say I have it all down pat, I still struggle to get everything in.

So proud of you, Maria! And I will say that, at least in my experience, month 3 was muuuuch better than month 2.
You've done so well. Are you feeling better about things? I know you were having a rough go of it last week.
I'm really really happy that your body is responding so positively to the changes. It only gets better!

Hi Maria!
Congrats on all your hard work...you are doing great!
That is wonderful that you are feeling so good physically....I love pilates too!
At support group last night, we were told that it takes an avarage of 3 years for the head to fully catch up with a huge physical change. Just enjoy the ride!
