So glad to hear that your mom is doing so much better!

B 1/4c greek yogurt with 1 tblsp sugarfee applebutter and 2 tblsp kashi golean crunch
L decaf protein coffee 29g
D almost 1/2c chili with some shredded cheese
S double scoop protein shake 52 g
pro+79
no miles today had class all day, hubby is working late so no yoga!
vits done except for iron at bedtime
water only 48 oz so far

Need more liquids and protein, but having a small pouch day!

Did you put the applebutter in the yogurt?  That sounds good.  I'm going to buy some when I get groceries and I'm not giving up until I find something that makes it bearable to eat.

Isn't it funny how our pouches are tight on some days.  I think it depends on how I start my day.

one fat free cream cheese  scallion and smoked alaska salmon samdwich on one slice of  fresh baked thin sourdough brick oven  baked bread 

chicken breast  nuggets 

bit of fat free vegetable  potato pancake with extra eggwhites andfat free cheese 

watermelon

some water ( 2 glasses so far ) 

red wine ( 2 glasses )
