yep -ive heard the same thing from MANY people after MY personal nightmare 5 weeks out my first meal in public in a restaurant with a group of aquaintances where i ordered 2 eggs over easy to be safe lol ....

and ended up elbowing a buncha irate new yorkers aside 5 !!!! ( count em ) excruciatingly embarassing times to noisily puke in the bathroom in full hearing of said table .....

ohh It was BAAAD ..... yep full fat eggs can be haaard lol

I ate scrambled eggs from about 4 days out and never had a problem with them.  Just make them soft.  I also melted a piece of cheese in top - yum!

Everyone's different - just be careful!

1/2 c cottage cheese and pineapple-14g

protein shake 20g
Gotta do better getting protein in!

It's really hard to get Protein in with food.  Try adding 1 more shake during the day.

hello- so glad you are back and mom is doing better!

I'm going to try to do better about posting my plans again... been so busy  I forget to log in!
