yep -ive heard the same thing from MANY people after MY personal nightmare 5 weeks out my first meal in public in a restaurant with a group of aquaintances where i ordered 2 eggs over easy to be safe lol ....
and ended up elbowing a buncha irate new yorkers aside 5 !!!! ( count em ) excruciatingly embarassing times to noisily puke in the bathroom in full hearing of said table .....
ohh It was BAAAD ..... yep full fat eggs can be haaard lol

I ate scrambled eggs from about 4 days out and never had a problem with them. Just make them soft. I also melted a piece of cheese in top - yum!

S: Oikos greek yogurt (15g)
L: chicken salad with sliced tomato shredded lettuce & 2 slices dill pickle (22g)
S: 1 pear
D: whole wheat speghetti & salad (22g)
S: chocolate protein shake (30g)
Protein target: 107g
Vitamins: on track
Water: on track
