Yesterday I shot well past any limits I set for calories...oh well. Today is a new day. I have certainly noticed that stress = snacks and although I pick much healthier snacks than preop...snacking is not good. Ok, confessed now back on track. It's a new day, right??
S - Protein shake (48g/234 cal/2g fiber)
B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/sf jelly (13g/100 cal/0g fiber)
S - 1/4 cup Fiber One All Bran Cereal & raisins (1.4g/72 cal/8g fiber)
L - 4oz tuna w/chopped shredded cabbage & spices (22g/130 cal/0g fiber)
S - 1/4 cup Fiber One All Bran Cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
S - baby carrots (0g/35g/2g fiber)
D - Fish tacos (will fill in totals after making tonight)
Protein: 85.4g (100g goal)
Calories: 601 (1000 goal)
Fiber: 19g (25g goal)
Vitamins: on track
Water: 80oz down so I am doing GREAT!!! (96oz goal)
Miles: Walk tonight after grocery shopping.

I am not really getting hungrier (still no feelings yet physically) at all. I do notice though that if I don't pace out my water intake versus the no drinking after eating rule, I am flushing the food too soon...at least I think so. So my routine is drink, eat meal, drink, snack, drink, eat meal, et****il I get through the day.
Right now I am munching on the carrots and then in 30-40 min (on my drive home) will drink another 16oz or so of water...
head hunger trying to get the best of me today, but I won't give in!!
B - 2 protein coffees

L - BBQ chicken (no bun)
D - 4 chicken wings plain and with hot sauce
S - a few glasses of wine
S - ugh - a Red Lobster biscuit my son brought home.. wish I hadn't eaten it

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
