Raining today and really bad, im stuck indoors and I guess I will have to use my Wii Fit today for excercise... We needed the rain badly but I did not realize until now how much I have enjoyed taking my walks. Oh Well, I also need to figure what to do in the winter months.

Wearing a raincoat and bogs today myself. lol  We really really need this rain though. A friend of mine was even telling me about her cabin near Charlottesville. Her mountain-fed spring is totally dry.

I know we need it bad too, it has been since Earl came through that we have any sort of rain and that was basically a drizzle. My friends in central va are havinga hard time with their cows, their little pond dried up. Hopefully they get some too.

It rained here all afternoon and almost all night last night.  It was raining again this morning.  I haven't been out since I got to work - no window -so I have no idea what it is doing right now.
We really need the rain also.

Enjoy your Wii Fit.

Our rain started Sat night and hasn't stopped, but I can't complain.  We were really dry.  This will reduce my need for hay for a few more weeks.

So glad we finally are getting rain too!

I have a hard time with exercise in the winter too. I am doing dvds now and some of the fitness videos from sparkpeople. Can tell a big difference in my flexibility already!

I also got a full spectrum light to mimic sunlight where I sit with the computer. I have SAD and I am trying to ward off those blah feelings early.

How's your vitamin D? There's some pretty good studies recommending increasing vitamin D to ward off SADS. Had a bad time with SADS when I worked at the Pentagon. Rarely saw daylight and my vitamin D was in the toilet and I didn't know it.
