Fitness Challenge - September 27
Girl you just don't know!!! haha. I did a 7.2 mile super streneous hike on Friday and ran a 5K on Saturday morning for Race for the Cure. My legs are still killing me... I should be getting in a walk or a run tomorrow depends on how the legs are doing. I did do some push ups and dips today, but I tried to do a pull up, and that's not working.
Today, I would like to accomplish SOMETHING. My running buddy slept in this morning and I am going out to dinner with family tonight. So, I am going to make good use of that elliptical cross-trainer sitting in my dining room when I get home. That will keep me from getting wine tonight. I plan to do 40 minutes on it.
The rest of the week, I hope to get in 4 runs and two weight workouts. I am leaving for a work trip on Sunday night. At least I will be in sunny Arizona for a week and a half and the resort will have a fabulous gym. I will have no excuses for not exercising next week.
