Thanks. It's the only time of day I have a chance. I'm used to it now. On the flip side, I go to bed at like 8pm lol.

Girl you just don't know!!! haha. I did a 7.2 mile super streneous hike on Friday and ran a 5K on Saturday morning for Race for the Cure. My legs are still killing me... I should be getting in a walk or a run tomorrow depends on how the legs are doing. I did do some push ups and dips today, but I tried to do a pull up, and that's not working.

Today, I would like to accomplish SOMETHING. My running buddy slept in this morning and I am going out to dinner with family tonight. So, I am going to make good use of that elliptical cross-trainer sitting in my dining room when I get home. That will keep me from getting wine tonight. I plan to do 40 minutes on it.

The rest of the week, I hope to get in 4 runs and two weight workouts. I am leaving for a work trip on Sunday night. At least I will be in sunny Arizona for a week and a half and the resort will have a fabulous gym. I will have no excuses for not exercising next week.

Congrats on the anniversary! We hit 19 years this year too!

I went to my zumba class tonight - loving it!!!   Ive been zumba'ing 2x a week and treadmill & weights on my off days.  Im trying to up the exercise. Im soooo close to goal, yet the scale is moving slower than molasses.  Keep moving & grooving!   Happy Anniversary!  Cindy

Happy Anniversary to you and DH!

Today I completed Project Rearrange My House, to wild success, I believe.  This involved all kinds of physical activity, especially since I did it by myself.  

Tomorrow I'm back on the treadmill through Thursday.

 I got in two hours of walking today.  My last walk it was 95 degrees out.  I'm so not used to that heat!
