D - protein shake (30g)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Baked Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti
S:  Decaf Iced Carmel Protein Latte

Calories: 912, carbs 35, fat 24, protein 148
Vitamins:  Done except night time multi
Water:  80 ozs
Miles:  None

I think they've got her on a boatload of antibiotics. Roz was exhausted last night when she texted me. She said her mom is confused about the fuss over her infection and afraid they will put her in a nursing home. So sad.

Excellent Menu today. Nice protein and fluids!

Is her mom back in the hospital?  I imagine she is exhausted.  Hope she is taking care of herself also.  If you talk with her, tell her I'm thinking of them.

Just picked at stuff all day -- got in two protein drinks. Tried to make protein balls - yuk. Made protein mac n cheese (blended cottage cheese & parmesan & cheddar for the sauce) It was yummy, but I knew I should eat much because of the noodles. It's just been a lazy day for me too. I'm planning to go to bed early.....maybe now. :)
