Good afternoon! So glad to hear that your mom is better. Our hospitals here are bad too. You would think they would all offer healthier choices, considering they treat people for health problems. Also, congrats on the two pounds! I upped everything to find out what I needed to maintain, and I have dropped 4 pounds in the last 5 days. Go figure.

Vits & water - 2 multis, a d3, a b12, iron, 3 calciums, water is fine now that it's warm tea drinking season!
