Good afternoon! So glad to hear that your mom is better. Our hospitals here are bad too. You would think they would all offer healthier choices, considering they treat people for health problems. Also, congrats on the two pounds! I upped everything to find out what I needed to maintain, and I have dropped 4 pounds in the last 5 days. Go figure.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: RTD Pure protein shake
L: 1 turkey/cheddar brat, 1C asparagus
S: Carbmaster yogurt, 1C Kashi cereal
D: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee (gonna be at my CPR class)
S: 1 apple, 1/4C almonds

I'm going out with family for dinner tonight. I plan to get a club sandwich or something and eat the guts out of it.
