Where is the energy fairy???
I have NO energy! I think I need to get my bloodwork done again or something. I am a little down the last few days, cranky, and no energy. Not sure what I should take vitamin wise to jump start me but I can not keep going like this. I don't even want to be around me. My daughter started whinning at me today and I looked at her and said "Do you really want to go there with me today?" Can not take teen whinning!!! Calgon take me away!! Could it be hormones this far out??? 10months out??
If you find the fairy (or a miracle pill), please share. I am 7 weeks out and have gradually gotten some energy back, but don't have the "rush of energy" lots of other post-ops at this stage have. I am taking vits and do my best with protein and fluids. My exercise is lacking because I am pooped when I get home from work!
I hope you feel better. The only things that come to mind on the nutrition and vitamin side of things is protein, B12, and iron. Have you tried Proferrin ES or Proferrin Forte (prescription). Great iron with no gastro side effects.

I agree, Gina. Starting to take my Corvite 150 pills made ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD when it came to energy. I highly recommend them, despite the prescription and the price - the cost is exhorbitant (like $60/month) but they're the only iron pills I can take that give me the iron I need and don't make me sick. Tried everything else.
