Hi guys,
Got a text from Roz this morning that she had to take her mom back to the hospital due to infection. Keep those lizards airborne there are some nasty bugs out there!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 half strength protein coffees (30g)
S - another protein coffee and Fage yogurt w/blueberries (20g)
S - peanuts
S - Rockin' Roll bar
S - a bite of broccoli (nope, not working)
L - protein shake (30g)
D - slow cooker roast beef and a few bites of tater
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
zinc & C: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
Laundry, so up and down stairs all day.

today I have nothing planned. I'll drive by and put in what I know I'll have before I leave for doggy training class. The rest...improv...

Coffee first and foremost!! 
B - protein shake (double strength) (57g/318 cal/2g fiber)
S - 1/4 cup fiber one all bran cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
L - ? 
S - 1/4 cup fiber one all bran cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
D - ? 
S - ? 

Protein: 59g (100g goal)
Calories: 378 (1000 goal)
Fiber: 16g (25g goal)

Water: will start after coffee absorption!! (96oz goal)
Vitamins: Morning batch done
Miles: 2 mile walk planned. 

I have been doing great meeting the fluid requirements with no less than 64oz per day. The fiber I have been doing great on too. I'm not liking the aloe vera stuff so I researched and found that hot lemon water is just as good for the gut so every day I have a cup of hot lemon water slightly sweetened in the morning before my coffee and a cup right before bedtime. So far so good. Still taking colace though. don't want to chance anything. So, still working on it...but this past week has been good.
