You're off to a great and incredible journey, being 3.5 months out it is unbelievable the things I can do now that I once wasn't able to or had a hard time doing. One day at a time and remember to take care of yourself!!

VSG on 09/23/10

I will start a new thread but just wanted to thank everyone again for the support. I am now on my 4th postop day and beginning to feel human. Walked a little more than 1/2 mile this morning and have gotten in about 1/3 of my protein for the day so it's all good.
