Fitness Challenge - September 24

TGIF!!!

The work week is almost done!! Whoo hoo. 

How'd you do today on fitness? 
How'd you do for the week? 

If you were to give yourself a rating on how you did in fitness this week...be honest...what would you rate yourself as?? Would you give yourself an A+ or A- or A...etc etc. 

Today is just rest day.

Well today I ran 4.5 miles.

Overall for the week, I would give myself a B. I would like to be running 3 days during the weekdays and one day on the weekend. I only got 2 in on the weekdays this week. Just being lazy. I want to stick with a schedule like this:

M - Run
T - Strength Training/Core
W - Run
Th - Strength Training/Core
F - Run, evening yoga
S - Long Run
Sunday - Rest

If I could stick with this for a week, I would give myself an A+++.

We're grading on a curve, right? I'll say an A- . I walked and did push-ups every day, not as much as I would've liked though.

I did 3 -15 minute walks and 60 push-ups. today.

 I'm here!

I'd give myself an A this week because I exercised everyday which is a big miracle for me.  I also got back into the gym today for the first time in a long time, so that's terrific.  I did something new this week which was to download the C25K and I gave it a try.  So I think it was a really groovy week.  :)

Today I rocked the treadmill.  I've been walking at 3.5 highest and today I walked that for my warm up and then walked between 3.8 and 4.2 so that was a big improvement.  After that I did the weights I've been ignoring.   This afternoon I swam for 30 minutes.

Hmm, let's see.  Friday tends to be recover from ballet day.  ;)

My exercise for the day was a long walk.  I was sore.  But not as sore as the first week of ballet.  (Goodbye, weakness!)  I guess I am getting stronger.

I can't answer this question.  I'm one of those students who is incapable of giving herself an A while always expecting them from my teachers (because I work so hard!)  :)

BUT, I am pleased with my workouts this week.  I think I stepped it up a notch and do see myself getting stronger, which is a plus.
