Hello Everyone, I lost four pounds last week. Three more to go and I'll be in the 170's. After that it is 20 more to what I considered my goal.

Thanks Gina. I think that slow down this summer was just my body adjusting to my first initial rapid weight loss. Since then, things seem to be going fine.

Well it looks like it. I lost 6 lbs the week before and four this time. After the three months of plateau hell. Hopefully it keeps going.

How exciting - and to be so close to your goal! That is very motivating. I think a 4-pound weight loss in one week is just oustanding. Good luck on having the next 20 pounds drop as quickly!
