Feeling full quickly
I've heard them called "big pouch days" and "small pouch days." After a stomach virus for the last few days where NOTHING wanted to stay down, I'm currently having a very big pouch day today. Tomorrow will probably be back to normal.

Yep, even have those days with a banana size sleeve. Crazy but last night I had a heck of a time eating dinner. Just wasn't happening. I hope today goes back to normal.

Yup, definitely happens. For a couple of weeks I was surprised at having more restriction than I used to, then suddenly the last two days I can't get enough food into me. Maybe because I'm stepping up my cardio again? I had let the levels drift down a little and was "just" walking my 90 minutes, now I'm making it more intense as I head into the last quarter of my first year post-op. I'll be curious to see how my appetite corresponds to my exercise.
