Sorry I wasn't online much yesterday and last night. I'll try to do better today.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 half strength protein coffees (30g)
S - another protein coffee and Fage yogurt w/blueberries (20g)
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - JayRobb bar
S - Atkins bar
D - AlppleBees - filled up so fast I couldn't eat...a little of a Margareta Bee (100 cal), a few broccoli florets, a few bites of steak and a few bites of baked potato...it was so bad DH started laughing at me  and I'm still full

evening batch: starting soon

MILES:
walking and push-ups (8,007 steps and 60 push-ups)

I am down another pound today! I thought I was moving in to maintenance, added some calories and healthy carbs, and I keep losing. I was 108.6 this morning. I guess my body has a mind of it's own. Here's my menu today:

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 2oz leftover BBQ chicken
L: 1/2C home made tuna salad, small orange
S: Carbmaster yogurt, 1C cauliflower
S: Celery w/pb2
D: ???going to a cook out

Totals w/out dinner: Cal: 617, Fat: 8, Carb: 47, Prot: 91
Vitamins: Done, Water: 4 cups so far
Exercise: 3.6 mile walk, crunches, push-ups

Sounds like you may be done soon, hang tough, and leave a little space for bounce back. Great protein numbers planned.

homegrown broccoli n cheese fat free soup (  lots of milk though)  veggie sausage patties 

need to get in my water !!   had one glass late at nite one first thing in the morning yay but still very dehydrated ...

Here's the plan for today.
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy navel protein Drink
L:  3 ozs browned ground beef w/ onions, 1 slice reduced fat pepper jack cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Hot Dog w/ chili & slaw(no bun)
S:  Protein Drink - not sure what kind yet.
Left my calorie counter at home - I'll post the totals later.
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None
