that you are supposed to lose by certain months. I am 3 weeks out and have only dropped 17 pounds. Although I know 12 pounds in 3 weeks is amazing, I cant help but think I should have a higher weight loss... Anyone have any insight?????

I hear you.  But take a look at your ticker.  It shows you that you're 1/4 of the way to your goal.  And you're only 3 weeks out.  If you were to keep up this rate of loss, you would be at 1/2way to goal by 1.5 months out.  Imagine that!  

Think of the loss as a % rather than a #, and it helps put things into perspective.  

Otherwise put, good work!

i never thought of it like that either ,
thats cuz im so number hung up grrrrr
also everyone is different everyones body is different we r all going to lose at different rates
so hard to compare with others

Sounds like you're right on target. Here's my history. See, minus 21 pounds at the end of the first month. Minus 10 for months 2 and 3, and so on.

Stacey, I read somewhere that it is recommended to be down:

25%  @ 3 months
50%  @ 6 months
75%  @ 9 months
100% @ 12 months
