Good morning! I'm feeling so good today. I have upped the calories and added some fruits and veggies for a few days, and I am doing really well with that.
B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/water, 1C asparagus
L: 3oz salmon
S: Carbmaster yogurt, 1oz parmesan cheese chips
S: 1C green beans
D: 1/2 sandwich wrap (low carb tortilla, turkey, ham, bacon bits, cheese, ff mayo, lettuce, tomato)
S: 1/2 sandwich wrap
S: few baby carrots
Cal: 873, Fat: 31, Carb: 42, Prot: 112
Vitamins: Done, Water: 6cups so far
Exercise: 40 minutes treadmill, plank, crunches, push ups(I'm up to 30!)

about a cup of popcorn air popped
one glass of wine
NOW i am TOTALLY frustrated because i am NOT losing weight !!!! GRRRRR !!! And tomorrow i hav eto go to LI which means im am going to cook and GAIN !!
