Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

How are you doing this lovely day? It feels great to be back at work. Now, if I can get my brain to kick back up and be productive, I'm sure my boss would love it...lol

Here's my menu today:

Hot lemon water
S - Protein shake w/frozen rasperries (45g/261 cal/ 1g fiber)
B - 4oz  cottage cheese w/slied strawberries (13g/90 cal/0g fiber)
S - egg bites & strawberries/blueberries (6g/100 cal/2g fiber)
S - Fiber One All bran (3g/60 cal/14g fiber)
L - 4oz lean beef (taco lasagna) (23g/200 cal/2g fiber)
S - 1oz almonds & sliced apples (6g/235 cal/6g fiber)
D - ?? 

Protein: 93g (100g goal)
Calories: 886 (1000 goal)
Fiber: 25g (25g goal)

Vitamins: All done except dinner batch :)
Water: 96oz done...will try to squeeze in a bit more  (96oz goal)
Miles: nothing too hard much...

I got a digital food scale yesterday and WOW!!! Cool stuff.  I can now measure with accuracy and confidence and I don't know why I waited so long. LOL I had a little plastic regular one that I had to keep resetting...sooooo if you are thinking of getting a digital...go for it. It is so worth it!!

Here's my plan for the day.

B. Bodytech protein pudding w/4 oz soymilk - 29 grams
L. 4 oz tri tip - 35 grams
S. 1/2 apple (added later)
D. 3 oz shrimp, 4 oz cauliflower w/.5 oz shreded parmesean - 26 grams
S. 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese - 14 grams

Calories - 749
Carbs - 16
Protein - 104

Water and Vits - will get it all in

Exercise - Minimum 90 minutes walking, possibly another hour+ with my WL support group that's coming over tonight. We have two new Sleevers in my mini-group that are within 2 weeks of surgery so can't walk the lake yet but I may do it before or after the meeting with another WLS friend that will be at my house.

Good morning!  Going to be in the 80's for the last day of summer.  I am working and can't enjoy it, but I do have friday off and they are also saying 80 then too!!! Yippee!

Good morning! Just had a blast power walking in the rain with Buddy!
Was a little cloudy, but didnt expect a down pour! Felt like a kid again in the rain!

Hope everyone is having a great day! I'm going to my 6 month check up in a little bit. I have my menus planned out for the next few days and have included some raw veggies and fruit. I have read that many of these are "negative calorie" as in our bodies use more evergy to process them than the number of calories they have. I have still included them in my totals.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/1.5C coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/1.5C water, 1/2C green beans
L: 2oz scallops, 1/2C green beans
S: RTD Pure protein shake, Celery w/PB2
D: 1/2 BBQ Chicken sandwich (1/2 arnold's thin bun w/1oz chicken, sf zero cal bbq sauce)

Hello there. Menu will be difficult today. I won a big award at work and tonight I have to go to a fancy five-course awards dinner to receive it. So, I am only logging in my food through afternoon snack. I'll be getting a $1,000 check tonight and think I'll use part of it to reserve a cruise for next year for our 20th anniversary.
