I ate pretty much the same things Diana listed.

I did fat free milk with non-fat powdered milk in Diet Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate as a treat every day.  It was great for the protein.  I also ate Ricotta Cheese Bake - I think it was ricotta cheese, an egg and some cheese mixed together and baked in the oven until it sets- sometimes I put spaghetti sauce on it also.

I loved Wendy's chili pureed.

Diana,
I'll find it when I get home tonight and post it here.
I can't remember where I got it.  I had so many recipes and have a larger binder book with them all in it - in no particular order!!

I went home at lunch and found this recipe.  I think I must have changed it up a little bit.

2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
1-2 oz browned lean ground beef(could use pork, turkey or chicken)

Mix together in a small bowl, heat it in the microwave for about 40 seconds, top with heated spaghetti or marinara sauce.  Sprinkle paramasean cheese over the top - heat to melt cheese.
Don't over cook it or it gets kind of rubbery and will get stuck!!

It was pretty good - I guess it doesn't have an egg in it.  I could have sworn I had one that you baked in the oven but I didn't see it.

I think I lived on Wendy's chili and Campbell's Bean and Bacon soup.  I couldn't do Scrambled Eggs because they got stuck every time but Egg Beaters went down really well and they come in different flavors.

I am 5 weeks out - I've discovered Egg Drop Soup...mmmm.  It's so yummy.  I think it tastes like hard boiled eggs, which I love.  I had never even tried it before surgery cause it sounded nasty to me.

I really love Kroger's Carb Master yogurt with some cheerios sprinkled on top for some crunch, grilled shrimp, and little laughing cow light swiss cheese - not together of course.

My current protein drink of choice is Jay Robb Dreamsicle made with skim milk.  It's not too sweet and doesn't taste "protein-y".

You know the easiest things on my pouch were cottage cheese and cheese. Still when I'm hungry and don't know what to eat, those are my go to foods. Easy and never make my pouch grumpy.

I couldn't do eggs until month 5.  Tuna still sits too heavy for me.

I went straight from full liquids to pureed foods in week three so I'm not a lot of help.

Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt w/protein powder
Black Bean soup
soft white fish
lactose free protein powder or ready to drink Muscle Milk Light
Soymilk

When I got to pureed I did chili, ground beef w/sour cream and salsa, dark meat chicken pureed with salsa.  Really boring but it got the food in.  When it's only 1/4 cup, it's not so important what it is.  :)
