The 1st day of my NEW LIFE will be Oct. 6th, 2010. I am on the surgeons list as a Fill-IN, if anyone cancels, but if no one cancels, my official date is OCT. 6TH, 2010!!!!!

letter of denial August 16, 2010, because BMI was under 40, more like a 39.2
Letter from PCP advising of Medical Necessity August 20th, 2010
Letter of APPEAL submitted to Cigna August 30th, 2010
Received my APPROVAL Sept. 3rd, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bloodwork, X-rays, EKG, ultrasound, CO2 room air test Sept 14th, 2010
last testing and EGD Sept. 21st, 2010
