Hey, Gina. I have been gone from the boards a LONG time, but found a need to pop in today, as busy as I am.
I am like others on maintenance (never thought I'd get here, either) - dinner is a pain in the butt to settle on. Of late, I have been buying ground turkey. I make up a batch of turkey burgers, freeze them, then pull one out for dinner. Meanwhile, I am still cooking a seperate dinner for the family. THAT get's old, too. And financially, we don't get as healthy as I'd like.
I would love to have fish for dinner, but in the central valley, and hubby hatin it, it's not an affordable option. So, turkey burgers. Or boneless/skinless chicken breasts seasoned well & pan seared in a little olive oil. Oh, and we FINALLY got greek yogurt here, from Yoplait. I love it, plain with a sprinkle of splenda and flax seed. Great protein boost!
I have a great routine on vitamins - except when I need to order more, taking them is easy.

I'm hoping to try and check in more!
