B.  2:1 Oatmeal protein bar - 30 gms
L.  2 babybel cheeses, 1 cup grapes, 1 oz ostrim nuggets - 24 grams
D.  3 oz shrimp, 4 oz cauliflower, 1 oz shredded parmesean on the cauliflower - 26 grams
S.  1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese - 14 grams

Calories - 812
Carbs - 94
Protein - 60

Water and vits - good
Walked 90 minutes

I almost wrote and said you needed to increase your Protein intake when I realized you mixed the Carb/Protein totals up when you posted.

Great Menu...lots of protein and good carbs!
