vits all done except iron at bedtime

chicken satay , eggplant peppers homegrown broccoli and green onions in spicy fatfree sauce

cherries ( 1 1/2cups)

raspberries in garden ( one cup)

fresh yellow pear tomatoes

some water ( working on third glass )

popcorn

wine 3 glasses (oops)

rest of chicken w eggplant late at nite - difficult to impossible to sleep sitting up with new nose cant sleep on side or lying down ... grrrr

It must be colder up north.   We had 80 degree weather today and it was beautiful, but the rains are coming tomorrow and then it will be cooling down.

Got in one walk this morning, then took 4.5 hrs out of the middle of the day to go to support group.  On their scales, I had lost 5# in the past 5 days. WooHoo.
Yesterday I sprinkled some ground Italian herb, yumm.  I think I will heat it some tonight.  Boy will I be happy to be off this phase next Tuesday.
